Led in the establishment of five family counseling and enrichment centers in the U.S. and Asia.
  Policy, Research, and Program Development: Selected to envision, develop, and implement Department of Defense and Department of Army policy for the 21st century for family care and support programs, suicide prevention, elder care, and victim assistance. Conducted research with the Army Research Institute and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research. Created numerous specialized counseling programs in confinement, hospital, and religious settings.
  Training and Education: Taught counseling, counseling supervision, organizational effectiveness, and spiritual and human growth in ethnically and religiously diverse settings for over 30 years. Wrote a widely read weekly newspaper column for two years. Initiated and conducted a successful Christian radio call-in program for one year. Sought as a guest lecturer at numerous training events and public speaking engagements that included White House dignitaries, government officials, and church leaders at both stateside and overseas locations.
